Sacred Rising taught me something I wasn't expecting. Night after night, people kept reaching for it before bed. Then another pattern started showing up underneath that one.

I watched people I loved live inside that exact gap, exhausted, but afraid of their own bedrooms. So I went back to the original formula, not to replace it, but to answer what it hadn't answered yet. Mugwort, vetiver root, and a whisper of nutmeg went in low, alongside warm resins of frankincense, myrrh, and white copal, layered onto the citrus and resin foundation that started it all.

Macerated together for 28 days, agitated daily, strained clean. Nothing rushed, because what it asks the body to do can't be rushed either.

The Protocol

• Spray pillow or linens 5 to 10 minutes before sleep.
• Mist the perimeter of your bed to mark where rest begins.
• One slow breath in as you spray. Let it be the line between the day and what comes after.

Why This Works

Dried Lemon, Dried Lime, Dried Orange, Dried Grapefruit.

Botanical Core
Rosemary, Allspice, Bay Leaf, Star Anise, Clove, Cinnamon, Calendula, Orange Blossom Petals.

Night Layer
Mugwort, Yarrow, Vetiver Root, Nutmeg.

Resins
Frankincense Resin, Myrrh Resin, White Copal.

Functional Additions
Eucalyptus, Bergamot Oil (FCF), Neroli Oil, Orange Blossom Water.

For external use on linens and fabric only. Do not apply directly to skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not recommended during pregnancy due to the mugwort content. If you have a known sensitivity to ragweed, chamomile, or related plants, patch test on fabric before regular use, as mugwort and yarrow are part of the same botanical family.
