Returns

We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original, unopened condition. Because these are functional, personal-care products, opened or used items can't be returned.

Scent Exchange

If a scent isn't the right fit for you, we offer a one-time exchange within 14 days of delivery. Contact us and we'll help you find something that works better.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We'll prioritize getting you a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow for standard bank processing times to see the credit reflected in your account.

Return Shipping
