Returns

We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original, unopened condition. Due to the functional and personal-care nature of our apothecary products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Scent Exchange

If the somatic profile of a product isn't the right fit for your system, we offer a one-time exchange within 14 days of delivery. Contact us and we will help you find a better functional match for your needs.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We will prioritize a replacement or issue a full refund to ensure your toolkit is complete.
