Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If so, we will notify you by email.

We ship using USPS and UPS.
Standard delivery within the United States is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Any promotions or free shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout when available.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Pearland, Texas.
If selected at checkout, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Phoenix Botánica is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Phoenix Botánica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience delivery issues, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Shipments
