What is Phoenix Botánica?
Small-batch botanical tools for the moments nobody tells you how to handle. Not a crisis. Not a breakdown. Just the day that won't let go, the meeting you had to stay present for anyway, the body that's been running on fumes since Tuesday. Made by hand in Houston. Built to meet you where you are.
How do these actually work?
Scent and touch can interrupt autopilot faster than most of us realize. Taking a moment to breathe, roll on a blend, or pause with intention won't solve your day, but it can change how you move through the next five minutes. Use the same blend in the same moment consistently, and the interruption starts arriving before you even finish applying it.
Are these just essential oils?
No. Every blend is built with a purpose. The scent is part of the experience, but the intention behind it comes first. Formulated for a specific state, diluted in carrier oils at considered ratios.
What's actually in them?
Plant-based carrier oils, pure essential oils, and skin-supporting botanicals. Full ingredient lists live on every product page. We don't hide what we use or why we use it. The What's Inside page explains our formulation approach if you want to go deeper.
Are they safe?
External use only. Patch test before first use, keep away from eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you're pregnant, nursing, managing a health condition, or under a doctor's care, check with your provider before use. Keep away from children. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are cosmetics intended for relaxation and sensory use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How do I choose?

What if the scent isn't right for me?
Scent is personal and we know it. If a blend's profile isn't a fit, we offer a one-time scent exchange within 14 days of delivery. Reach out and we'll find you a better match.
How long does shipping take?
Orders go out within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking comes by email when your order ships. Local pickup is available in Pearland, TX.
What's your return policy?
Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 14 days. Because these are personal-care products, we can't accept opened returns, but if something arrived damaged or wrong, we make it right. Contact us within 7 days.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Small-batch, handcrafted, never tested on animals.
