I built this as a sensory circuit breaker. Rosemary and eucalyptus for a sharp, cooling interrupt that pulls attention back into the body. Lemongrass for a bright citrus edge that cuts through lethargy. Clary sage and frankincense as the grounding base underneath, so the clarity has somewhere to land instead of just spiking and crashing.

Scent Profile

Sharp, cooling, and medicinal up front. Herbaceous and peppery in the heart. Clean resin and earth in the dry down, like a forest after a thunderstorm. Uncompromising.

The Protocol

Trace across your hairline or roll heavily onto wrists and the base of your skull. Take three deep inhales, two quick through the nose, one long exhale through the mouth. Let the cooling sensation anchor your focus back to the present. Pick one task. Close the other tabs.
