I kept noticing the stage nobody talks about. Not the breakdown. The moment before it. Shoulders tight, chest holding, everything one step away from spilling over. The system is overloaded and still running, and the body is doing everything it can to keep a lid on something that wants to move.

I built this for that specific pressure. Cypress and lavender for the sensation of release in tight muscles. Cedarwood, vetiver, and amyris as a dense stabilizing base. Eucalyptus and bergamot to open the breath. Clary sage and frankincense to quiet the internal noise without shutting things down entirely.

Scent Profile

Soft citrus lift with a cool opening. Herbal, slightly green, and steady in the heart. Warm wood, resin, and earth in the dry down. Quiet and contained. The exhale you've been holding.

The Protocol

Apply to pulse points or mist your immediate environment when the pressure is building but hasn't broken. Inhale slowly. Exhale longer than you inhale. Let the jaw unclench and the shoulders drop. Re-enter from a steadier state.

Available Formats

Roller (10ml): direct, immediate, body-first. Spray (2oz): clears environmental intensity and softens the room. Ritual Oil (15ml): for sustained tension and full-body use. Cuticle Oil (5ml): discreet, for high-visibility environments.

Spray
Perfumer's Alcohol, Distilled Water, Polysorbate 20, Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Essential Oil Blend.
